After discussing background information, the panel touched on numerous examples of citizen suits related to these two topics. The final topic included touchpoints on ethical impacts and obligations faced by environmental counsel. The panel discussed factors to consider when in the shoes of an environmental attorney, such as duties of confidentiality, duty to disclose and reporting requirements among others. The presentation concluded with an insightful Q&A session.
