Great American’s Environmental Division is excited to welcome Paige Aldred to the Underwriting unit as a Production Underwriter Trainee. In her role, Paige analyzes environmental sites and their surrounding areas to identify environmental contaminants and find the most comprehensive insurance solutions for each client. With a background in environmental research, Paige brings valuable knowledge to our team. 

Paige is a recent graduate of the University of Delaware, where she majored in environmental science with a marine concentration and minored in public policy. While at school, Paige had multiple research internships in a variety of fields. Most recently, she worked with the Department of Fashion and Apparel Studies to research sustainable textiles and apparel production while assisting to develop a regional model for recycling textile products from post-consumer waste. 

Great American Insurance Group’s Environmental Division is excited to welcome Emily Thomas to the division as a Senior Marketing Representative. In her role, Emily supports business development through the creation of marketing and branding materials for underwriters to showcase the division’s premiere environmental insurance products. Emily’s strong attention to detail and knowledge in AP Style writing and Adobe Creative Suite brings a fresh perspective to the team.

Emily joins us from an international commercial real estate firm, where she served as a marketing coordinator for Cincinnati’s industrial brokerage teams. Her primary responsibilities included developing marketing campaigns for all active listings, creating client-facing collateral, and assisting with the publication of news releases and blog posts. Prior to that, she spent time kickstarting marketing efforts at a budding law firm.
