Keeping with the division’s collaborative approach, members of our division recently gathered in Malvern, PA for our annual offsite outing. Team members spent two days participating in team building activities, learning from leadership about current trends and upcoming opportunities, and bonding with other members of the division. 

During the team building sessions, participants tackled challenges like blindfold squares, fostering trust and collaboration. We also participated in a culinary experience that allowed us to cook five delicious recipes, which  brought division members together as they worked in teams, emphasizing creativity and cooperation. 

The trainings included an Environmental Contracting Services Expo where groups designed their own booths using provided materials, showcasing their knowledge and passion for environmental insurance. The expo was a dynamic showcase of creativity and expertise. Additionally, a trivia game hosted by our very own, Greg Kelder, tested participants’ environmental knowledge. The friendly competition sparked lively discussions and reinforced learning.

Great American Environmental recognizes that collaboration and teamwork are essential for fostering a successful work environment and achieving our goals. Our annual event provides team members with the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the country, strengthening our working relationships. Additionally, we gain fresh insights into the insurance marketplace. We value the time spent with our teammates and eagerly anticipate our next divisional meeting!
