Recently, members of our underwriting team traveled to Aurora, CO for the 2024 Society of Environmental Insurance Professionals (SEIP) Conference. After a five year hiatus, this annual educational and networking conference took place at the Gaylord Rockies Resort, gathering over 100 environmental industry consultants, carriers, and brokers. 

Our team spent three days at the conference, meeting with plenty of brokers and catching up with familiar faces. In addition to broker meetings, two of our division’s senior underwriters, Austin Connell and Scott Tardif, had the opportunity to speak during the conference, providing a thorough overview of recent trends in redevelopment, focusing on repurposing commercial sites for residential use along with other current trends.

Great American Environmental enjoys networking with and educating environmental professionals on redevelopment trends. Our team is excited that the SEIP conference has returned to its annual status, and we look forward to next year’s conference.
