Nina Felix promoted to Production Underwriter Trainee

"Nina joined Great American Environmental in 2015 and excelled in her administration position until her promotion last year to Associate Underwriter (AU), where she quickly settled into her role in the AU group with her willingness to always assist others and developing strong relationships with her underwriters. She has become an integral part of the underwriting team."

Sarah Boucherka promoted to Production Underwriter Trainee

"Sarah joined the Environmental Division in late 2017 and has been rock steady and dependable in her position as an Associate Underwriter. She has always been willing to go the extra mile to help other Associate Underwriters when asked and has developed great relationships with her underwriters as well. She brings a valued and welcomed expertise to our underwriting team."

Bobby Watters promoted to Production Underwriter Trainee

"Bobby joined Great American in June 2021, but in that short time has done an outstanding job in his role as an Associate Underwriter. With his ability to quickly understand all facets of his job responsibilities and his lighting fast turnaround time on requests, Bobby has become an integral part of the Underwriting team."

Kelsey Hill promoted to Communications Director

"Kelsey joined the Great American team about 5 years ago and has become an integral part of our team. She has become instrumental in expanding our name recognition within the marketplace and developing various tools that have enabled us to be recognized as a leader in the environmental insurance industry. I am lucky to have such a creative collaborative individual on our team."

Jena Phillips promoted to Senior Marketing Representative

"Jena joined the Environmental Division in 2018 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati. She has excelled in her role with Marketing and Branding including supporting efforts around the redesign of Environmental Insider, relaunch of the GREAT REWARDS Broker Program and introduction of our Broker Toolkit. I look forward to all the new campaigns and projects she will be completing in the years to come.”

Shelley Lehnig promoted to Business Developer

“Shelley joined the Environmental Division in January of 2020. Although she had to immediately pivot our business development strategy to a virtual approach, she has been significant in helping us to expand our virtual presence and moving back into in-person conferences, events and broker visits. I look forward to seeing her expand our business development efforts even further to support underwriters.”
